30-Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when received
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Order Issues

Our team will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please complete a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. This allows faster processing and accurate order tracking.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.
